Hi, do you guys know what is the average total processing time for EB2 Green card for Nepalese? Please share if you have any recent experience. I am getting ready to apply mine and just wanted to know what to expect. Also, does anybody have any personal experience traveling while your GC is processing?

It depends on your individual case. But on average for EB2 processing

There's no way labor to be cleared in 3 months these days. Go to http://www.trackitt.com to see the current trend. DOL is processing Nov '08 PERM cases now. So if everything goes smoothly, you can get your GC in one and half years...Well..thats just a prediction...both DOL and USCIS are unpredictable...

Could u tell me how much does it cost to apply for GC totalling lawyer fees too.Any suggestions for finding cheap lawyer to apply. I am going to apply soon.
