How long you will inscape the worth of People and justice of the court? I have been the stench supporter of anti-capital punishment school of thought but when I see individual like him firing at unarmed demonstrators, raped Maoist and non-Maoist anti-king activists in the jail, gauging eyes of the volunteers and beating foreign and Nepali doctors providing first aid treatment to injured protesters and police on the spot, now I tend to think that sometimes capital punishment can be justified. This guy should be trailed by the court inside the country and should be the first to receive capital punishment by the judiciary of the New Nepal- “Peoples Republic of Nepal.†Current Nepali judiciary allows capital punishment only if somebody does regicide, but he has already committed crimes greater in magnitude than a regicide. What do you guys think? What could be the appropriate course of action for someone like him?
