May be answered already but can someone explain if working with TPS EAD while on H4 status can hamper when it comes time to file AOS as a final step for green card alongside the primary H1 holder.

It does not affect your GC processing, as you are legally working with authorized work permit (EAD) through TPS and your current status is TPS , not H4 (you reinstate your status to H4 only if you give up TPS or expire which does not seems logical as you started working with TPS EAD). So CoS to I-485 does not hamper if your current status is TPS. However, let your lawyer know that you are in TPS and used EAD so that she will not be confused with your TPS or H4 status.

I am also same boat.My spouse current status is h4 /Tps with EAD.i am thinking to apply myself I 485.but when filling form what ..
