Hey guys, my parents got the US visa for my graduation in April 2010,  but some reasons they could not  come this year. Is it going to be any problem if they come next year?. Some say you have to come within six months from the day they issued the visa. I am really confused...if you have any ideas or suggestions ........... will be very helpful.
Thanks in advance.

No when they have visa, they can come anytime the visa is valid.
its generally for five years, so they have to be here anytime during that period.
but at port of entry, they will issue visa for 6 months only.

hope this will help

Serenity,

It won't be a problem at all. I did the same thing. I graduated in Spring 2009 but my parents came here 3 months ago. So don't worry, you would be fine. Just tell them if the counselor asks any questions, then ask your parents to say they were not feeling well at that time :).

No worries, Take a chill pill.
