Hello Everone, I need this info regarding conversion of Visa type from Visitor to Student Visa. My question is does the person need to leave usa for converting the visa type by going to Canada or mexico or Nepal. Thanks

you can't dop that anymore. You have to go back to nepal (or outside US) to get student visa.
