In the petition page, it says:
Eligible signatories: New York

Does this mean the petition to be signed by NY Nepalis only?

Great feelings and thought...we alll love Nepal ..why not let,s start...to demostrate and collect money for kids those who don,t have their parents and wife those who are unsupported,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,due to country violence.
