Could some one tell me the detail process of getting MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE in Nepal? Do I need any marriage picture or card to show them? Do I go directly to Municipality or have to get letter from WADA? Can some one from Banepa get Marriage certificate from Kathmandu municipality? Thanks to all the interested people! Raju
WADA office> District office>Marriege certificate>Translation. If you are from banepa you cant get it from kathmandu unless you are talking about fake one.
विवाह दर्ता प्रमाण पत्र स्थानिय पन्जिकाधिकारीको कार्यालयबाट लिनु पर्दछ । स्थानिय पन्जिकाधिकारीको कार्यालय हरेक नगरपालिकामा हुन्छ । दुल्हा दुल्ही दुबइ उपस्थित भै सिधै पन्जिकाधिकारी को कार्यलमा गएर तोकिएको ढांचा को फाराम भरी आराम सँग लिन सकिन्छ । दुबै को नागरिकता सहित उपस्थिती भै ल्याप्चे लगाए सि १० मिनेट मै काम तमाम हुन्छ । बिलम्ब शुल्क ( विवाह भएको ३५ दिन नाघे मा ) र फारम दर्ता शुल्क गरी ४०-५० रुपैया लाग्ने हुन्छ ।
दुई मध्ये एक जना को अनुपास्थितिमा वडा कार्यालयको सिफारिस सहित् पन्जिकाधिकारीको कार्यालयमा गाई दर्ता गराउन पनि सकिने छ ।
प्रमाण पत्र को फोर्म्याट मै दिने उक्त विवाह दर्ता प्रमाण पत्र को अंग्रेजि संस्करण कानून किताब खाना बबरमहलबाट रु २५० शुल्क बुझाई अनुवाद गरी लिन सक्नु हुने छ । अचेल अन्य नोटरी अधिकार प्राप्त वकिल साहेबहरुको कार्यालयबाट पनि अंग्रेजी अनुदित पत्र प्राप्त गर्न सकिन्छ नै। तर कानून किताब खानामा विवाह दर्ता , नागरिकताको प्रमाण पत्र आदिको फोर्म्याटेड संस्करण नै पाइने हुंदा त्यहाँ बाट लिनु श्रेयस्कर हुने छ । अस्तु!!
Step1: Go to ward office with following PP size photo(2 each) and photocopy of Nagariktaa ... NRs 50 (Of both husband and wife) Fill the form ... they will write letters to Nagarpalika requesting for marriage certificate Step2: Go to Nagarpalika with that letter with 3/4 PP photo of both husband and wife where you can get nepali Marriage certificate ... you too can get marriage certificate in English from same place if you want ... Husband Wife presence is good in case of Nagarpalikaa and Ward office ... (thumb print lagaunaa parchaa (lyapchaee))
