I am now in USA in B1 visa. the visa issued by american embassy nepal expires on coming march.In jan i am going to nepal and planning to return to USA before march to avoid the tension related for the applying the visa in nepal.but i wanna know whether they can issue the visa in port of entry in USA beyond the expiration of my visa after returning back to USA before March( i mean visa issued in nepal which is upto March).i will be highly obliged if u write in this thread about it.
